At My Bankruptcy Assistant, our service rates are based on the attorney fees charged to the debtor.

Currently, the national average for bankruptcy attorney fees is $2,500 for a Chapter 7 and $3,500 for a Chapter 13. Some attorneys charge their clients a flat fee of $2,500 regardless if they are a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. Then once the Means Test information is compiled, if the client must file a Chapter 13, we can calculate $1,000 in the Chapter 13 Plan for attorney fees.

We find that normally, the attorney and trustee fees are paid before any other debt, which enables your firm to receive full payment in a relatively short period of time.

We also understand that profitability is important to you, and do our best to keep our bankruptcy processing costs affordable, streamline your business, and boost your profitability.

Regardless of the amount you decide to charge your clients, we want you to be competitively priced in your market, but we have seen attorneys that are able to increase their fees to cover our petition preparation fees, and remain competitively priced.

In summary, our fee can fluctuate from case to case. After we discuss your particular needs, we can determine a suitable flat fee per case, or we can base our fee on a percentage of the attorney fee, whichever is the lower.

We also provide discounts for attorneys who utilize our virtual bankruptcy assistant services more than 10 times within a thirty (30) day period. When this quota has been achieved, we will contact the attorney and inform him or her of the discount.

Also, for attorneys who utilize our services for more than three (3) petitions per month, we will provide the convenience of one invoice billing instead of individual invoices for each bankruptcy case.

We know that we are probably not the least expensive bankruptcy petition preparation service, nor the most expensive, but it IS our goal to be the best bankruptcy petition preparation service.
